I have engaged Epicuria to cater for several events, all very successful. The most recent one in May 2008 was particularly memorable. It was for a wedding celebration for 100 guests, a great party enjoyed by all, with delicious food providing a wonderful base for everything.
I was very happy to be able to book Epicuria and had a number of excellent exchanges over several months with Heather Maclachlan, both in person and by e-mail. Epicuria’s food planning and quality is absolutely first rate and Ms. Maclachlan’s warm sensibility in getting to know clients and to understand/interpret their needs and desires is remarkable, and very enjoyable. Epicuria provides high quality food at all levels.
After the party, everyone telephones, e-mailed, or said, what a fabulous party, and of! The food was wonderful.

We set out to find a caterer for our wedding to be held at our residence for 120 guests. After evaluating several top-end companies, the decision to go with Epicuria was easy. Only Heather gave us the confidence that her team could make our vision a reality. Over a couple of effective meetings, the Epicuria team guided us through all the needed decisions.
They helped us with aspects of the event planning including food selection (a hard one given all the great choices available), table arrangement and equipment rentals. Not detail was overlooked but we never felt overwhelmed by the process.
When our big day arrived, the Epicuria team delivered big time. The service staff was efficient and gracious. At no time did we notice a plate linger too long or a guest waiting to be served. The food prepared by the chefs was unbelievable. We still get raves from our guests about our wedding meal. Looking back on that evening, we are thankful to Heather and her team for making our big day perfect.
